TERMS and CONDITIONS
DELIVERY Sold items are delivered boxed and wrapped in tissue and can be gift wrapped on request. Single item deliveries within the UK will cost £5 using the Special Delivery (next day) service, signed for and insured to the value of the goods purchased. More than one item or packages over 500g will be charged according to weight, size and goods value, as will any and all deliveries to Europe, All costs can be confirmed by email in advance of purchase.
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS I am committed to providing the highest quality products and service. However, where there is any concern, shortage or damage, please notify me in writing or email within 4 days of receipt of delivery and return the goods within 14 days of receipt. I offer a refund provided I am notified of the defective goods within 4 days and the goods are returned within 14 days of delivery. Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated address. In the event that a refund is agreed, it will be made as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days provided that the goods are returned and are in the same condition as they were when delivered to you. Ownership of the goods, all risk associated with the goods including loss, breakage and damage and all other risks shall pass to you on delivery. This does not effect your statutory rights.
REPAIRS Should a minor repair be required and with prior notice, I will endeavour to fix or make minor adjustments free of charge within 6 months of purchase. However there may be a charge, agreed in advance and in writing, based on the nature of the adjustment.
